Why: To support our partner churches in Cantel and to help with renovations at the Baptist Camp in Santiago.

How much: $925 per person PLUS transportation cost (Birmingham to Guatemala City) - Individuals will secure their own flights from Birmingham to Guatemala City.

Overview: This will be our 3rd year ministering and serving in Cantel. We will continue to support our partner churches in Cantel, Guatemala: Cántico Nuevo (New Song Baptist Church) and Primera Bautista de Cantel (First Baptist Church, Cantel) through medical ministry and children’s ministry. The medical team will be serving in medical clinics on site at the churches and will be participating in medical home visits. The children’s ministry team will be sharing the gospel through teaching English and will participate in delivering food baskets to families in the community. The construction team will go to Santiago, Guatemala (on Lake Atitlan) to help with renovation and construction projects at the Baptist camp.
